  • アート作品の撮影は可能ですか？

    Is it okay to photograph the art?

    写真・動画の撮影においては、以下のように定めています。

    • 展示風景の写真、動画の撮影は、一部の作品を除き、原則として私的使用目的に限り可能です。なお、撮影いただいた写真を Web サイト、ブログ、SNS、電子メールなどインターネットで発信することについては、作家名・作品名を明記いただけることを条件に、非営利目的での利用に限り可能とします。
    • 撮影時には周囲の来場者へ迷惑となるような行為（三脚での占有、暗所でのフラッシュの使用など）はご遠慮ください。
    • 他の来場者やスタッフなどが写っている場合、その写真・動画の公表が、肖像権に触れることがありますのでご注意ください。
    • 元の作品を改変することを禁じます。
    • その他著作権法などに触れる行為を禁じます。
    • Except for certain works, photography and video recording of the exhibited art are permitted for personal use only. The sharing of images online through websites, blogs, social media, email, etc. is allowed only for noncommercial purposes and only if the artist’s name and artwork title are clearly indicated.
    • Please refrain from actions that may disturb other visitors, such as taking up space with a tripod or using flash in dark areas.
    • Please note that publishing photos or videos that include the face of visitors or staff may infringe on their portrait rights.
    • Alterations to the original artwork is prohibited.
    • Any other acts that infringe on copyright or other laws are prohibited.

    高校生以下の方は、無料で展示会場へ入場いただけます。（一部対象外の作品、施設あり）
    アーツ前橋にてお渡しいたします。

    Admission is free for students of high school age and younger (with the exception of someworks and facilities).
    Tickets are picked up at Arts Maebashi.
