画材提供のご支援をいただきました。

小中学校の図工美術教材の卸売や授業づくり支援など、長年にわたり美術教育の普及に努めておられる株式会社美術出版エデュケーショナルさまより、前橋国際芸術祭2026参加アーティストに画材提供のサポートをいただきました。アレクサ・クミコ・ハタナカさんの版画ワークショップでは、参加者が使用するインクや道具類を、オリオン通りでの関口光太郎さん滞在制作では完成した彫刻を保護するニスをご提供いただきました。また、デザイナーの山縣良和さんが、アーツ前橋での発表に向けて制作中の大型インスタレーションでは、デッサン用の石膏像など観賞用教材を寄付いただきました。
この他にも美術出版エデュケーショナルさまとは、群馬大学共同教育学部附属小学校や、群馬朝鮮初中級学校でのアーティスト・イン・スクール活動でも連携させていただいております。心より御礼を申し上げます。
前橋国際芸術祭では今後も、地域の学校や教育に関わる企業・団体の皆さまと、美術教育の普及に向けたコラボレーションを前橋の地で進めてまいります。

Bijutsu Shuppan Educational Co., Ltd., which has long been committed to promoting art education through the wholesale distribution of art materials for elementary and junior high school art classes, as well as support for lesson planning, has provided art materials to artists participating in Maebashi Biennale 2026. For Alexa Kumiko Hatanaka’s printmaking workshop, the company provided the inks and tools used by participants. For Kotaro Sekiguchi’s on-site production at Orion-dori Shopping Street, they provided varnish to protect the completed sculpture. The company also donated educational materials for artistic use, including plaster casts for drawing, to designer Yoshikazu Yamagata for a large-scale installation he is currently creating for presentation at Arts Maebashi.
In addition, we have collaborated with Bijutsu Shuppan Educational Co., Ltd. on Artist-in-School programs at the Affiliated Elementary School of Cooperative Faculty of  Education, Gunma University, and at Gunma Korean Elementary and Junior High School.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for their support. Going forward, Maebashi Biennale will continue to collaborate with local schools, as well as companies and organizations involved in education, to promote art education in Maebashi.

8月にオリオン通りの旧近藤時計店で現地制作を行った関口光太郎さん。ぐんま未来大学短期大学部アート・デザイン学科の学生たちも制作をサポートしました。
