ミシュラン2つ星、「アジアのベストレストラン50」上位常連の大阪「La Cime」高田裕介シェフと、東京2020オリンピック開閉会式、パラリンピック開会式の音楽監督を務めた音楽プロデューサーFPM田中知之が協働します。レストランでBGMとして料理に寄り添う「聞く」音楽の関係性を逆転させ、能動的に「聴く」音楽に料理が寄り添う一夜。2つの芸術ジャンルの主従関係を逆転させることで何が生まれるのか。その答えを、前橋で探ります。

Chef Hayato Takahashi of Pellegrino in Hiroo, widely known as one of Japan’s leading Italian restaurants, brings freshly sliced prosciutto to children and families. Held in partnership with a local school and limited to Maebashi residents, this event embodies the democratization of fine dining made possible only within an open festival setting. An encounter with ingredients usually reserved for high-end restaurants, we hope, will spark a child’s curiosity about food.

高田裕介

田中知之 (FPM)
DJ / 音楽プロデューサー / 選曲家として国内外で活躍。
FPM名義で8枚のオリジナルアルバムをリリース。多数のアーティストへの楽曲提供・プロデュースの他、リミキサーとしては、布袋寅泰、東京スカパラダイスオーケストラ、UNICORN、サカナクション、Fatboy Slim、James Brown、Earth, Wind & Fire, IUなど、100曲以上の作品を手掛けている。TVCM音楽、全米映画、海外ドラマ、演劇、TVアニメ等の映像作品への楽曲提供も多数。
DJとしては、国内の有名フェスは元より、米国のコーチェラ・フェスティバルなど海外の有名フェスへの出演経験もある。豊富な音楽知識とセンスに裏打ちされたプレイスタイルで、企業やブランドのパーティでのDJなど、クラブのみならず各方面で絶大な信頼を得ている。
その他、各種商業施設や店舗の音楽ディレクションも手掛け、東京2020オリンピック開閉会式、パラリンピック開会式では音楽監督を務めた。2022年度より洗足学園音楽大学”音楽・音響デザインコース”の客員教授に就任。2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSICTM Tokyo Pool のオープニングセレモニーでは、全編の音楽を制作、DJとして出演も果たした。

Yusuke Takada
Yusuke Takada is a Japanese chef and a leading culinary figure in Asia. Tomoyuki Tanaka (FPM / Fantastic Plastic Machine)
DJ / producer
FPM, Formerly known as Fantastic Plastic Machine is world renown DJ/Producer Tomoyuki Tanaka’s solo project. His original style of mixing dance music with his own roots music is highly regarded internationally. He has played in about 100 cities throughout the world. And so far, he has released eight original albums and has remixed more than 100 songs by various artists around the world.
He also plays an active part in various fields such as music of the LOUIS VUITTON’s animation films “SUPERFLAT MONOGRAM”, “SUPERFLAT FIRST LOVE” by Takashi Murakami, and music of DANCE-MUSIC-CLOCK “UNIQLOCK” which won the grand prix at all of the world’s best 3 advertising awards, and new blog parts by UNIQLO called “UNIQLO CALENDAR”. Moreover, his song ‘Bachelor Pad’ is featured in the movie “Austin Powers –the spy who shagged me-“, and some other songs is used at the world famous TV drama “Sex and the City”.
In 2014, he organized his old friend Howie B’s Japanese tour who is known as a producer of Bjork, U2 etc. Also FPM remixed his song ‘Master Inch Mile Haunch’ in his latest album.
He served as the musical director for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Opening and Closing Ceremony, and Paralympic Games Opening Ceremony.
He has been a visiting professor at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, Music and Sound Design Course since 2022. For the opening ceremony of the 2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSICTM Tokyo Pool, he composed the entire musical program and also took the stage as a DJ.
