ともに障がいのある人のアート表現を社会に発信する先駆的な存在でありながら、市場を開拓する企業と、市民運動の地盤から文化を耕す福祉団体という異なる現場から〈福祉とアート〉を牽引している「へラルボニー」の松田文登と「たんぽぽの家」の岡部太郎。世界障害者週間に地域ケアの未来を担うオピニオンリーダーの公開対談が前橋で実現。

For this dialog, we invited two pioneers in promoting the artistic expression of people with disabilities in the wider world and are leading the way in the intersection of welfare and art from their respective fields: Fumito Matsuda of HERALBONY, a company pioneering new markets, and Taro Okabe of Tanpopo no Ie, a welfare organization cultivating culture from the ground up through civic movements. This public dialogue between these opinion leaders shaping the future of community care will take place in Maebashi during the Week for Persons with Disabilities.

松田 文登
株式会社ヘラルボニー代表取締役Co-CEO。ゼネコンにて被災地の再建に従事、その後、双子の松田崇弥と共にへラルボニーを設立。４歳上の兄・翔太が小学校時代に記していた謎の言葉「ヘラルボニー」を社名に、福祉を起点に新たな文化の創造に挑む。ヘラルボニーの国内事業、主に岩手での事業を統括。岩手在住。双子の兄。Forbes JAPAN「CULTURE-PRENEURS 30」選出、第75回芸術選奨（芸術振興部門）文部科学大臣新人賞受賞。著書に『異彩を、放て。―「ヘラルボニー」が福祉×アートで世界を変える―』。

岡部太郎
一般財団法人たんぽぽの家 理事長。 1979年、群馬県生まれ。多摩美術大学グラフィックデザイン学科卒業。高校時代から地元の前橋市にてコミュニティアート活動に参加。1999年に前橋市役所で開催された展覧会をきっかけにたんぽぽの家と出会い、インターンを経て2003年からたんぽぽの家で働きはじめる。国内外で障害とアートに関するプロジェクトを展開。

Fumito Matsuda
Fumito Matsuda is Representative Director and Co-CEO of HERALBONY Co., Ltd. He began his career working on post-disaster reconstruction projects for a general contractor before co-founding HERALBONY with his twin brother, Takaya Matsuda. Named after a mysterious phrase written by their older brother Shota during his elementary school years, HERALBONY seeks to create a new culture through welfare. Matsuda oversees HERALBONY’s domestic operations, with a particular focus on projects in Iwate Prefecture, where he is based. He is the elder of the Matsuda twins. His honors include selection for Forbes JAPAN’s “CULTURE-PRENEURS 30” and the New Face Award in the Arts Promotion Division at the 75th Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Art Encouragement Prizes. His publications include “Isai wo Hanate: “HERALBONY” ga Fukushi × Art de Sekai wo Kaeru.”

Taro Okabe
Taro Okabe is Chairperson of the Tanpopo-No-Ye Foundation. Born in Gunma, Japan, in 1979, he graduated from the Department of Graphic Design at Tama Art University. He became involved in community art activities in his hometown of Maebashi while still in high school. An exhibition held at Maebashi City Hall in 1999 led to his first encounter with Tanpopo-No-Ye. After completing an internship, he joined the organization in 2003. Since then, he has developed projects in Japan and internationally focusing on disability and art.
