馬場川にて大正4年から営業していた西洋亭市のソースカツ丼は子供の頃ご馳走であり、大人になったらソールフードでもあった…そんなソースカツ丼をこまちの味でチャレンジしたい。
The sauce katsu bowl served by Seiyotei-shi, which operated along Babagawa from 1915, was a special treat when I was a child and became comfort food as I grew older. I wanted to take on this much-loved dish and make it in Komachi’s own style.
