幼い頃から親しんでいる「おふくろの味」であり店でも人気の汁と、地元以外の方には少し驚かれるみそにぎりをいつもの味のままお出しします。
We serve the soup that has been a beloved taste of home since childhood and remains popular at our restaurant, along with miso rice balls—which may come as a surprise to visitors from outside the area—just as we have always made them.
〈シェフの経歴〉
1972年生まれ。インテリアデザイナーとして活動する傍ら、両親が57年前に創業した「里の家」の2代目として両親と共に店の味を守っている。
〈Chef Profile〉
Born in 1972. While working as an interior designer, he is the second-generation owner of Sato no Ie, founded by his parents 57 years ago, and works alongside them to preserve the restaurant’s flavors.
